Overview

Most of us at Juspay use Claude Code during ideation and prototyping. Most of our planning docs and PRDs are written by agents.

We realized collaboration was one of the weak points, making changes to these documents was difficult. People were sharing docs over Slack, collecting edits, and chasing approvals. A result of this was the process that felt too slow for a team where agents wrote the first draft.

So we built Specky: an online markdown editor where humans and agents can collaborate on the same document.
