Designing a verification and consent experience for MSME lending.

Our bet was to make loans more accessible for small businesses by reducing the paperwork and repeated verification involved in applying. I worked on the merchant onboarding journey to simplify the identity and business verification steps and help merchants securely share their bank data with lenders.

The goal was to reduce friction and build trust in a process that was unfamiliar to many business owners.

### [Designing the Response Layer for AI Agents](https://www.harshux.com/work/response-layer)

A system for how AI agents present answers, actions and progress.

Xyne Spaces is a collaborative workspace where teams and AI agents work together across chats, tickets, and other tools. But in developers’ day-to-day workflows, bug reports, suggested fixes, and pull requests often got buried in long chat threads, making it difficult to track progress and review the agent’s work.

To solve this, we designed more structured, interactive responses that made plans easier to review, task progress easier to track, and code changes easier to understand.

### [Designing shared context for human–agent teams](https://www.harshux.com/work/xyne-spaces)

Shared workspaces where people and agents keep the same context.

I’ve been working on 0 → 1 product design for Juspay’s new AI initiatives. We are calling it Xyne, an AI-first Workspace designed for hybrid teams of humans and AI agents. The goal is to enable seamless Human + Agent Collaboration — not just between people, but with intelligent systems embedded into everyday workflows.

As part of this, Xyne Spaces emerged as one of the initiatives focused on rethinking how teams organise work, communicate, and retain context in an increasingly AI-assisted environment.

As part of Juspay’s new AI initiatives, I designed IWE (Integrated Workplace Environment).

Rethinking the code editor as a space where context lives alongside code, and agents work with you, not around you.

### [Designing collaborative editing for agent-drafted documents](https://www.harshux.com/work/specky)

Reviewing and editing documents that agents draft, together.

Most of us at Juspay use Claude Code during ideation and prototyping. Most of our planning docs and PRDs are written by agents.

We realized collaboration was one of the weak points, making changes to these documents was difficult. People were sharing docs over Slack, collecting edits, and chasing approvals. A result of this was the process that felt too slow for a team where agents wrote the first draft.

So we built Specky: an online markdown editor where humans and agents can collaborate on the same document.
