Claude Code Leaderboard

A Claude Code leaderboard for Juspay’s team

Our design team was building all kinds of side projects using Claude Code. I noticed that Claude Code’s token usage was stored locally on our machines, and wondered if I could turn that data into something fun for the team.

I put together a small system that kept track of these local usage files and turned the data into a shared leaderboard, giving everyone a way to see who was burning through the most tokens.

What started as a weekend-style experiment became a fun little competition within the team. It gave us another reason to compare notes, show off what we were building, and have a laugh about our token usage along the way.
